Job summary

Pro Integrate LLC is seeking a Research Marketing Lead to own how our research, benchmarks, and technical work are positioned, launched, and adopted across the AI ecosystem. You will develop go-to-market strategies, publish credible materials, and drive adoption among researchers, labs, and developers.

You will translate complex findings into clear narratives, partner with researchers, measure impact, and build cross-functional relationships to maximize the reach and influence of our research

Qualifications

• Experience marketing, launching, or driving adoption of technical research or AI/ML products.
• Strong track record developing go-to-market strategies for technical audiences.
• Ability to translate complex technical work into clear, credible positioning.
• Familiarity with AI research ecosystem, labs, trends, benchmarks, and communities.
• Excellent written communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own research GTM end-to-end, including launch and distribution strategies for research, benchmarks, evaluations, and other technical work.
• Ensure publication-readiness: methodology, claims, results, and supporting materials.
• Develop positioning and narratives translating findings into credible stories while preserving technical depth.
• Identify opportunities by monitoring AI trends, open questions, and community needs.
• Shape research packaging and distribution: pages, releases, content, launch materials.
• Build relationships across AI research ecosystem with researchers, labs, developers, and communities.
• Drive adoption by identifying audiences, channels, and communities.
• Measure impact: adoption, citations, engagement, and usage to refine outputs.
• Create feedback loops from market to research for future work.
