Job summary

micro1 is seeking a Research Marketing Lead to own how our research, benchmarks, and technical work are positioned, launched, and adopted across the AI ecosystem. You’ll turn complex findings into high-impact launches that earn attention, adoption, and citations.

You’ll work with our research team to shape positioning and narratives, establish a publication-ready bar, and build go-to-market strategies that put our work in front of researchers, developers, AI labs, and technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Experience marketing, launching, or driving adoption of technical research or AI/ML products.
• Ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for technical audiences.
• Strong written communication translating complex technical findings into clear narratives.

Responsibilities

• Own research GTM end-to-end, developing launch and distribution strategies for research, benchmarks, evaluations, and other technical work.
• Establish the publication-readiness bar for research and benchmarks, ensuring rigorous methodology and defensible claims.
• Develop positioning and narratives translating findings into differentiated stories without sacrificing technical depth.
• Identify high-impact research opportunities by tracking AI trends and what matters to researchers.
• Shape research packaging and distribution, including research pages, benchmark releases, and launch assets.
• Build relationships across the AI research ecosystem with researchers, labs, developers, and technical communities.
• Drive adoption of research and benchmarks, identifying audiences and channels for usage and citation.
• Measure impact: adoption, citations, engagement, usage, and feedback.
