Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and compare generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts. You’ll explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication and comfortable with natural conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail, with patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic situations clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering motion, text errors, and audio-video misalignment.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explanations in English that point to what you saw or heard.
