Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented evaluators to review AI-generated media. You will engage live with AI voice models, compare media pairs, and explain what’s off in writing. This remote role offers flexible hours and weekly pay.

Contributors can earn up to $15 per hour, with rates varying by expertise and project. You’ll gain free access to leading LLMs and work from home or while traveling.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to inspect outputs.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Rank how natural, useful, and clear each exchange sounds.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge alignment with prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rate outputs across dimensions and write a clear English explanation.
