Job summary

Outlier invites English-speaking reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media from home with flexible hours. You’ll hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs, and write clear explanations of what looked or sounded off. This is a remote, contract-style role that pays per hour and offers access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in on content.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Desirable: Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking outputs for naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs on adherence, quality, and realism and providing written explanations in English.
