BairesDev is hiring an AI Engineer (Prompt) to design, refine, and evaluate prompts for large language models. You will ensure accuracy, safety, and domain alignment across complex contexts while delivering production-ready solutions.

This role emphasizes collaboration with experts and hands-on prompt iteration in a fully remote, globally distributed team. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in AI/NLP, strong Python skills, and proven experience with structured output designs and evaluation

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Prompt Engineering, or NLP.
• Proven ability to design, refine, and evaluate prompts for LLMs.
• Fluent in English and able to work in a global distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize prompts to elicit structured, relevant outputs from AI models.
• Implement evaluation methodologies to measure prompt performance and reliability.
• Develop intents classification patterns for accurate user request understanding.
• Collaborate with domain experts to align outputs with legal/compliance needs.
• Validate outputs against safety and quality rubrics to reduce bias.
