Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Program Manager Tech 2 to join a fast-moving tech and innovation team. You will design and operationalize AI experiences and solutions across analytics dashboards, data ecosystems, and reporting cadences.

Fully remote with preference for East and Central time zones; pay range $46–$50 per hour on W2. Requires 2–4 years in Azure DevOps, Fabric, Power BI, SQL or Python, and program management.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI.
• 2–4 years' experience with SQL or Python.
• 2–4 years' experience with Program & Portfolio Management (Rhythm of Business Execution).
• Strong stakeholder engagement and data storytelling skills.
• Ability to design data models and reporting layers across multiple systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop business insights dashboards, portfolio health dashboards, and reporting cadence.
• Build and maintain data ecosystems and technical artifacts to support operational needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into scalable metrics and dashboards.
• Establish data quality controls and ensure consistency across reporting sources.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and influence decision-making through trusted insights.
