Job summary

HealthEdge is seeking a Product Manager, HRP Artificial Intelligence to lead the AI strategy for HealthRules Payer, HealthEdge's flagship core administrative processing platform. You will define how AI capabilities are woven across HRP value streams and partner with AI Platform and engineering leadership to bring those capabilities to market.

You will own AI product strategy, roadmap, and governance while ensuring regulatory and operational outcomes across payer workflows.

Qualifications

7+ years in product management, with 3+ years in healthcare payer tech.
Experience delivering AI/ML or intelligent automation in enterprise software.
Deep understanding of payer operations: claims, member management, enrollment, contracts.
Ability to translate AI concepts into customer value propositions.
Proven cross-functional roadmap alignment across product, engineering, and GTM teams.
Bachelor’s degree in CS, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the AI product strategy for HealthRules Payer.
Build and prioritize the HRP AI roadmap across value streams.
Identify high-value AI use cases via discovery and analysis.
Establish KPIs for AI feature adoption and outcomes.
Collaborate with UX, data science, and architecture on usability and compliance.
Lead cross-functional alignment for AI launches and releases.
