Job summary

unitQ is hiring a Product Manager to lead data analytics and AI initiatives in San Francisco. You will help define the roadmap for systems that process, classify, and visualize large-scale user feedback using LLMs, RAG, and agentic frameworks.

You’ll partner with engineers, designers, and go-to-market teams to ship features that turn unstructured data into actionable insights and measurable product quality improvements at scale.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or AI/data-focused products.
• Hands-on experience with ML/AI technologies including LLMs, RAG, or agentic frameworks.
• Strong SQL skills and data exploration for decision making.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills for executives and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver insights tailored to customer personas and integrated into workflows
• Define and track product metrics like insight clarity, dashboard engagement, and decision impact
• Work cross-functionally to deliver value from data ingestion to visualization and storytelling
• Engage with customers, including product and support leaders at top tech companies, to gather feedback and shape solutions
