Sia is seeking an AI Product Community Manager to shape and grow a global community around our next-generation AI product. You will define community strategy, foster engagement, and build scalable programs that turn participants into advocates.

You’ll work at the intersection of AI, consumer tech, and culture, partnering with product and engineering to translate community insights into actionable roadmaps. Remote-friendly, contract role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience across community, social, developer relations, creator programs, product advocacy, or related areas.
• Experience supporting consumer technology product at scale.
• Demonstrated experience building ambassador/creator programs from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Define community strategy for an emerging AI product.
• Build a home for highly engaged users and scale the community.
• Develop ambassador and power-user programs with meaningful roles.
• Design and test engagement programs to increase participation and value.
• Enable members to run events with scalable programs and toolkits.
• Collaborate with social, brand, and creative teams to reach broader audiences.
• Drive adoption in new markets through community-led outreach.
