Job summary

Sia Experience, the marketing and customer experience arm of Sia, seeks an AI ProductCommunity Manager to lead community strategy and growth for an emerging AI product. Remote, contract role, 40 hours/week, through 6/30/27, offering a competitive hourly rate.

You will define engagement, build ambassador programs, and partner with brand and design teams to scale globally and connect community insights to product decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience across community, social, developer relations, creator programs, or related areas.
• Experience supporting at least one consumer technology product at meaningful scale.
• Strong experience building ambassador, advocate, creator, or superuser programs.
• Builder mindset with rapid testing and iteration.
• Strong interest in AI and how AI products are changing technology.

Responsibilities

• Own the Community Strategy: define the audience, growth, and long-term value.
• Build scalable homes for engaged users and programs for ambassadors and power-users.
• Design, test, and scale engagement programs to deepen participation.
• Partner with social, brand, and creative teams to broaden reach.
• Drive adoption in new markets with community-led outreach.
• Translate community insights into product and marketing actions.
• Own community health metrics: activity, retention, sentiment, advocacy.
