Sia Partners is seeking a Project Consultant to lead our community strategy for a cutting-edge AI consumer product. This exempt contractor role focuses on shaping how users discover, engage with, and grow the community, at scale across markets.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to design ambassador programs, enable events, and measure health metrics. Remote-friendly, 40-hour weeks, through 12/31/26, with rate $75-95/hour.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience across community, social, developer relations, or related areas.
• Experience supporting at least one consumer technology product at meaningful scale.
• Demonstrated experience building an ambassador, advocate, creator, or superuser program from the ground up.
• Strong interest in artificial intelligence and how AI products are changing the way people create, communicate, and interact with technology.
• Experience building community around an AI, gen AI, or highly technical product is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Define what community means for an emerging AI product and its growth.
• Build a home for highly engaged users and scalable ambassador programs.
• Drive adoption in new markets through community-led outreach and international expansion.
• Partner with social, brand, and creative teams to amplify community content.
• Translate user behavior and feedback into actionable insights for Product and Engineering.
