Job summary

WIN Home Inspection is seeking an experienced Project Manager to organize and drive end-to-end execution of multiple SaaS projects. You will own scope, timelines, and dependencies while coordinating with product, engineering, design, QA, and business teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project/program/delivery management and are proficient with Jira, Confluence, Asana, and similar tools.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Delivery Management roles.
Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello and similar sprint tracking tools.
Experience managing SaaS-based, cloud-driven and AI-powered products/projects.
Strong understanding of SDLC and agile execution processes.
Hands-on experience leading teams on AI-driven products, integrations, or intelligent automation workflows.

Responsibilities

Organize and manage end-to-end execution of multiple SaaS-based projects with strong ownership.
Define scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies and responsibilities across teams.
Collaborate with product, engineering, design, QA, and business teams for smooth execution.
Define roadmaps in coordination with stakeholders and development teams.
Drive day-to-day project execution and timely delivery across all phases.
Identify blockers and risks and ensure timely resolutions.
Maintain release sheets, sprint trackers, documentation, and status reports.
