Qualifications

Hands-on platform operational administrator with day-one ownership of Claude Enterprise and ChatGPT Enterprise tenants.
Direct, proven experience with Okta SSO/SCIM for automated user provisioning/deprovisioning for enterprise AI platforms.
Experience with CyberArk for API key vaulting and credential rotation.
Splunk for building audit log pipelines and monitoring AI platform activity.
Healthcare/payer environment background with audit support in governed SaaS.

Responsibilities

Oversee deployment, administration, security integration and governance of Claude Enterprise tenant.
Influence personnel assignments and provide performance feedback.
Prepare requirements, designs, estimates, and ensure quality support for customers.
Research software technology direction and report progress to management.
