Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model and score each exchange, compare generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt better, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfort with everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Ability to think on your feet and explain through writing what you saw or heard.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models, rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated image/video pairs and judge adherence to the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot distortions, flicker, text, and audio issues.
• Rate outputs on adherence, quality, and realism and write a concise explanation in English.
