Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked off, remotely and on your schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations naturally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsabilités

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate how natural, useful, and clear each response sounds.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to determine which follows the prompt more closely.
• Inspect outputs closely (zooming in/replaying) to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Provide a written explanation pinpointing what you saw or heard, across assessed dimensions.
