Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off in writing from home or while traveling.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something is off.
• Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet in realistic conversations.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows prompts better.
• Inspecting outputs closely, zooming in, to spot problems like artifacts or mismatches.
• Rating outputs and writing a precise explanation in English describing observations.
