Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of a remote position. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, rank outputs, and explain what looked or sounded off, all on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication and comfortable with natural conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining your decisions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows prompts better.
• Inspecting outputs closely for distortions, flicker, text/audio mismatches and other issues.
• Writing a concise English explanation of what you saw or heard, highlighting flaws.
