Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience with substantial applied optimization, operations research, or ML systems work.
• Proven track record of productionizing algorithmic systems for real users.
• Strong applied math foundation relevant to scheduling and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Own the optimization algorithms behind the planning workbench and simulation engine.
• Lead the platform's AI assistant integration, deploying and tuning LLMs.
• Partner with experts to ground models in real operational constraints.
