Job summary

Quantum Scaling is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to act as the operational right hand for a fast-moving AI founder. You will manage client relationships, oversee the content pipeline, keep the CRM clean, monitor the Clonium platform, and collaborate daily with the CEO.

Key duties include onboarding clients, configuring accounts, following up on leads, scheduling content, and maintaining organized communications across Gmail, Slack, and other tools. Remote LATAM preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supporting founders, CEOs, or leadership in digital agencies, content companies, or tech/AI startups
• Experience with two or more: content production, SOP/documentation, or sales pipeline & client ops
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Client Operations: onboarding, results page, timely video approvals
• Platform Management: configure client accounts in Clonium and monitor production queues
• Sales Pipeline: follow-ups, update CRM same-day, customize proposals
• Content Machine: schedule/publish social content, AI video generation, load ads into Meta
• Admin & Operations: manage calendars, triage Gmail, keep Slack organized
