Placements24 is seeking a remote AI NLP Engineer to design, develop, and deploy NLP models across products. You will work with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate textual data into actionable insights and features.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in NLP, strong Python skills, and hands-on experience with transformers. This fully remote position offers flexible hours and opportunities to work on cutting-edge AI projects.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Computational Linguistics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of NLP research and development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and NLP libraries (NLTK, spaCy, Transformers).
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience with cloud platforms and data processing/storage technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement NLP models for text classification, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, QA, and summarization.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for text preprocessing and feature engineering.
• Fine-tune and deploy pre-trained language models for various applications.
• Evaluate model performance and iterate to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Integrate NLP features into existing software products and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and develop NLP-driven features.
• Stay up-to-date with NLP research and applied AI advancements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for NLP models and systems.
