Qualifications

• 4–7 years of UI/UX design for web and mobile apps.

• Strong usability, interaction design, and accessibility knowledge.
• Portfolio showing speed and scalability of design processes.

Responsibilities

• Use AI design tools (Figma AI features, Uizard, or similar) to accelerate wireframes, layouts, and interactive prototypes.
• Maintain speed to delivery by leveraging generative tooling to explore multiple directions.
• Organize content and workflows for logical, intuitive user navigation.
• Create user personas and journey maps using data-driven AI insights.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Improve usability and accessibility across web and mobile while supporting fast iteration.
