Job summary

Zenara Health is seeking an AI-native full-stack software engineer who can design and ship production-grade features across frontend and backend while orchestrating autonomous agent workflows. This hands-on role requires balancing architecture, security, and delivery in a fast-moving startup.

You will own end-to-end delivery, coordinate multi-agent systems, and drive the software factory from problem definition to production.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of software engineering experience with end-to-end delivery.
• Strong full-stack capabilities and architectural decision-making.
• Practical experience with AI or agentic systems is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a startup context.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack features.
• Develop AI-native applications and agent workflows.
• Define agent responsibilities, permissions, and quality gates.
• Collaborate with founders, product stakeholders, and engineers.
• Drive architecture decisions for scalable, secure systems.
