Job summary

Outlier in the United States is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, remotely and on your own schedule.

You will score outputs, provide evidence-based explanations, and help improve AI systems. Earn up to $18/hour with flexible hours and weekly payments via ACH, PayPal, and AirTM.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and comfort with everyday conversational speech.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in on content when something seems off.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos to judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio, with written explanations.
