Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, compare generated images/videos, and explain what’s off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Work from home or while traveling, with flexible hours and weekly payments. Earn up to $18/hr, plus incentives, and free access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining reasoning clearly.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos for adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, and audio-text mismatches.
• Writing specific explanations in English describing what was seen or heard.
