Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You’ll hold live conversations with AI voice models, assess image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Work from home with flexible hours, weekly payments, and free access to leading large language models. Earn up to $18 USD/hr plus incentives by contributing to evaluation missions that help improve AI systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and comfort with everyday conversational speech.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Ability to think on your feet and explain reasoning clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming, replaying) to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or misaligned audio.
• Writing a specific English explanation that points to what was seen or heard, rating across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism.
