Job summary

SnapSoft Kft. is seeking an experienced AI/ML Solutions Architect to own end-to-end AI/ML solution architecture for client projects. You will lead a small delivery team, mentor engineers, and collaborate with presales on design and estimation while aligning with US and CET time zones.

You will design agentic AI systems, implement LLM-powered applications and RAG pipelines on AWS, and ensure scalable, production-ready solutions across multiple client engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AI/ML project experience.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI and classic ML solutions.
• Strong AWS experience including Bedrock, SageMaker, Glue, MWAA, EMR, RDS, Aurora, S3, OpenSearch.
• Proficient in Python and GenAI ecosystem (LangChain, LlamaIndex, agent frameworks, LLM provider SDKs, Pydantic).
• Solid understanding of LLM concepts: RAG, embeddings, vector databases, tool calling, agent patterns, evaluation.
• Good SQL and data engineering basics (ETL, pipelines, data modeling).
• Experience designing and integrating APIs; connect AI services to existing systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end AI/ML solution architecture on client projects, acting as a key decision-maker and driving the delivery team.
• Lead a 2-3 engineer delivery team focused on fast prototyping and production of AI/ML solutions on AWS.
• Support presales activities (≈20%) including technical discovery, solution design and estimation.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers in AI/ML and cloud technologies.
• Develop LLM-powered applications and RAG pipelines, including embedding, retrieval, evaluation and iteration.
• Work with vector databases and search, including semantic search and relevance tuning.
• Describe infra as code with Terraform/Terragrunt or CloudFormation; build CI/CD across environments.
• Stay up-to-date with AWS innovations and contribute to AWS Partner initiatives.
