The role emphasizes implementing AI/ML-driven solutions, code quality, and collaboration within agile teams. You will advance toward SME ownership of services, working across frameworks, databases, and integrations with ML and third-party technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar engineering major.
• 4+ years of AI/ML software engineering experience; excluding internships.
• Experience coding in Python and in Linux and/or macOS environments.
• Experience engineering a SaaS product or platform.
• Strong written and verbal communication; US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a self-sufficient, full-stack AI/ML engineer on HealthTech projects.
• Propose and implement AI/ML-driven solutions and architect lower-level components.
• Review architecture docs and ensure engineering deliverables meet requirements.
• Develop code that fulfills business, technical, and client needs with high quality.
• Document code for teammates and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet commitments and deadlines.
• Perform root-cause analysis on technical challenges and implement fixes.
• Create proofs of concepts as needed and review teammates' code for quality.
• Stay current with engineering best practices, security, and compliance.
