Job summary
Ladders is seeking a Sr. Manager, AI/ML Engineering (Digital Experience) to join a leader in Healthcare.
This role will design and deploy AI solutions that improve digital experiences and solve complex business challenges across the enterprise, with production‑ready pipelines and a strong MLOps focus. You will partner with technical leaders and business stakeholders to shape roadmaps, evaluate emerging trends, and deliver reliable, scalable AI/ML platforms.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in software, data, or machine learning engineering.
- 5+ years developing and deploying AI solutions in production.
- 3+ years in technical leadership or people management.
- 3+ years with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- 3+ years implementing MLOps frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy AI solutions for complex business challenges
- Utilize enterprise-approved AI tools for workflow automation
- Evaluate trends to guide solution design and innovation
- Lead teams in building scalable AI/ML pipelines and platforms
- Establish MLOps best practices for model deployment and monitoring
- Collaborate with technical leaders and stakeholders on roadmaps
- Mentor team members and advocate for engineering excellence
