Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a remote AI/ML Engineer to develop AI agent capabilities and backend services in Python. You will design prompts, workflows, and orchestration, while evaluating model performance through experiments.

The role involves collaborating with product/engineering teams to deliver AI-powered features and deploying scalable AI systems in production. This is a full-time, remote, 10-40 hrs/week commitment with compensation of $220K-$300K per year.

Qualifications

• Strong Python software engineering skills.
• Experience building applications with LLMs and AI APIs.
• Familiarity with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Experience building APIs with FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
