Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an AI and ML Engineer to advance agentic AI, fine-tune models, and build RL environments for federal customers. You will apply ML techniques to transform processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and align AI solutions with mission objectives.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with LLMs, generative AI, and Python, plus familiarity with LangGraph, MCP, A2A, PyTorch, or Keras.

Qualifications

• Experience with LLMs or generative AI frameworks in real projects.
• Ability to map AI solutions to customer problems.
• Security clearance TS/SCI with polygraph or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Build agentic systems and fine tune models for federal use.
• Develop RL environments and AI strategies for clients.
