Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to help transform federal government initiatives using advanced AI. You will build agentic systems, fine-tune models, and develop RL environments to deliver mission-focused solutions for government stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have experience with LLMs, generative AI, and Python, plus an understanding of security requirements for production code in government systems. A Bachelor's is expected by Spring 2027, with advanced degrees a plus.

Qualifications

Experience with LLMs or generative AI.
Knowledge of AI frameworks and patterns such as LangGraph, MCP, or A2A.
Ability to map AI solutions onto customer problems.
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required.
Bachelor's degree expected by Spring 2027.

Responsibilities

Build agentic AI systems and RL environments.
Fine-tune models and deploy AI solutions for government stakeholders.
Collaborate with product teams, data engineers, and customers to define AI strategy.
