Job summary

Talantir is seeking an AI/ML Architect (Automation & Agentic AI) to lead AI-powered automation initiatives across code generation, refactoring, and test automation. You will design Agentic AI systems, mentor engineers, and drive AI adoption across QA and CI/CD workflows.

The role requires 12+ years in AI/ML engineering or architecture, strong data-centric background, and hands-on experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow in production, plus leadership across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in AI/ML engineering or architecture roles with a data-centric background.
• Proven technical leadership, architecture ownership, and cross-team collaboration.
• Deep expertise in ML, DL and LLM-based systems; hands-on AI for software eng/QA.
• Strong knowledge of Agentic AI, autonomous systems and AI orchestration.
• Experience in QA automation, testing at scale, and CI/CD environments.
• Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience with data pipelines, feature engineering, and MLOps in production.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead AI-powered automation across code generation, refactoring, and test automation.
• Design and implement Agentic AI systems using modern LLM frameworks and orchestration tools.
• Provide technical leadership for AI/ML and agent-based automation initiatives.
• Embed AI/ML into development, testing, and CI/CD workflows with QA teams.
• Drive AI adoption across quality engineering, including test generation and validation.
• Build, train, and evaluate ML/LLM models using structured and unstructured data.
• Apply data engineering and MLOps practices for scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
• Define standards and governance for AI-driven automation platforms.
• Stay current with AI/ML advancements and translate them into practical implementations.
• Mentor engineers and influence cross-functional teams on AI and automation strategies.
