Talantir is seeking a highly experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to drive automation and agentic AI initiatives across code generation, refactoring, and test automation. You will partner with core engineering teams to scale AI-driven automation that boosts developer productivity and software quality.

You bring 12+ years in AI/ML, deep expertise in ML/DL/LLMs, Python and modern frameworks, and hands-on experience with data pipelines, MLOps, and AI governance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of AI/ML engineering with a data-centric background.
• Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and LLM-based systems.
• Hands-on experience with code generation, test automation, or developer productivity tools.
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI concepts, multi-agent systems, and AI orchestration.
• Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience working with large datasets, data pipelines, and feature engineering.
• Solid knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring in production environments.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced AI / ML Engineer with a strong data engineering and applied AI background to lead automation initiatives across code generation and test automation. This role will work closely with core engineering teams to design, build, and scale AI-driven and agentic automation solutions that improve developer productivity and software quality.

Key Responsibilities
