Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis. You will roleplay with AI voice models, rate the quality of outputs, and explain issues in writing, contributing to research and real-world AI improvements.

Flexible hours and home-based work are offered, with payment through ACH, PayPal, or AirTM. Contributors can earn up to $18 per hour USD, with rates varying by expertise and project.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Nice to have a Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Hold a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and rank outputs.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, or misalignment and explain findings in writing.
