Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, rate outputs for adherence to prompts, and explain what looked off in writing, all from a remote, flexible schedule.

Responsibilities include evaluating image, video, and audio outputs, comparing pairs, and labeling why one result better follows the prompt. Prior research or QA experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and natural conversational ability.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to think clearly and decide when options have flaws in a live setting.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based reviews is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like artifacts, distortions, or misaligned audio.
• Write a concise explanation in English detailing what was off and why.
