Job summary

Outlier is recruiting detail-oriented English speakers to evaluate AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and rate how well they follow prompts. You will explain in writing what looked or sounded off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios in a natural way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Open to applicants from multiple countries including the United States.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations in English with AI voice models and rate how natural and clear each exchange sounds.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely (zoom/replay) to spot issues like artifacts, timing or audio mismatches.
• Write a concise, evidence-based explanation in English pointing to observed issues.
