Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented evaluators to review AI-generated media from the comfort of a remote setup. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what differentiates high-quality prompts from flawed outputs, all on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include rating outputs on adherence and realism, and providing written explanations in clear English.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to articulate findings.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable evaluating AI-generated media and writing explanations.
• Experience writing concise reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos against prompts and judging adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distortions, flickering, or audio-video misalignment.
• Writing a specific, English explanation of what was seen or heard for each evaluation.
