Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home with a flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score each exchange, and judge which media best follows prompts.

Qualifications

• English-speaking reviewer with clear written communication.
• Attention to detail and careful listening and watching.
• Nice to have a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Able to explain decisions in writing when needed.
• Experience writing short explanations or reviews is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, or misalignment.
• Write detailed English explanations pointing to observed issues.
