Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain issues in writing to help improve AI systems.

Contributors work remotely, with payments on a weekly basis via ACH, PayPal, and AirTM. Applicants from multiple countries including the United States can apply. No internships or sponsorship; 1099 contract. Free access to leading LLMs is included.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Write a concise English explanation detailing what you saw or heard.
