Outlier in the AI evaluation space is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, rate outputs, and explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on a self-directed schedule.

Responsibilities include ranking video and image pairs, describing issues in writing, and ensuring high-quality feedback. The role offers flexible hours, remote work from anywhere, and access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication in everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate their naturalness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely and describe issues in a written explanation.
• Provide structured feedback to improve model performance.
