Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented, English-speaking evaluators to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible, freelance basis. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what is off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Earn up to $15 USD/hr as a 1099 contract contributor. Payments are made weekly via ACH, PayPal, and AirTM, with the option to work from anywhere.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to articulate explanations in writing.
• Comfortable with natural, everyday conversational speech.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judging which better follows prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like misalignment, artifacts, or distortions, and describe in writing.
