Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media, rate conversations with AI voice models, and compare AI outputs. You will articulate written explanations of issues found and work remotely on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates have strong English, keen attention to detail, and experience describing evaluations. This is a 1099 contract role allowing flexible hours and remote work.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, text issues, or audio-video mismatches.
• Provide written explanations detailing what was observed and why.
