Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible-hour schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing.

This role helps improve AI systems by identifying where outputs diverge from prompts. Applicants should be fluent in English, enjoy careful review, and be comfortable making clear decisions when faced with imperfect options.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Able to think on your feet and explain decisions clearly.
• Experience writing concise evidence-based reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, text or audio mismatches.
• Writing explicit explanations in English detailing what you saw or heard.
