Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English reviewers to assess AI-generated media. You’ll engage in live conversations with AI voice models, rank responses, compare images and videos for prompt adherence, and explain what looked off in writing.

This remote role offers flexible hours and project-based pay. Expected contributors are fluent in English, able to spot subtle issues, and able to write clear, concise explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Attention to detail and careful review.
• Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.
• Comfortable explaining decisions in writing.
• Able to decide when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models in English.
• Rank naturalness and usefulness of responses.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos for prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot artifacts, distortions, or mismatches.
• Write concise, evidence-based explanations in English.
