Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home with flexible hours. You will Held live conversations with AI voice models, rate responses, and explain what looked or sounded off to improve real-world AI systems.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, with strong written communication and keen attention to detail. This is a freelance, 1099 contract opportunity offering up to $15 USD/hr and access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to explain decisions clearly.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to decide clearly when options have flaws.

Responsabilités

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity of model responses.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like artifacts or mismatches.
