Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and listening skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on material.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
• Ability to make clear decisions when options have flaws.
• Open to applicants from multiple countries including the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge fidelity to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distortions, glitches, or misalignment in audio/video.
• Write specific English explanations pointing to observed issues.
