Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media, engaging in live conversations with AI voice models and evaluating image and video pairs. You will explain what’s off and provide written feedback, all remotely and on a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities include rating outputs for adherence, quality, and realism, and writing concise explanations in English. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly detail-oriented, and comfortable discussing realistic

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Ability to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.

Responsabilités

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misalignment.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explanations in English that point to what you saw or heard.
