Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You’ll roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare media pairs, and explain exactly what looked off, all remotely on a flexible schedule.

You’ll assess outputs, rate adherence and quality, and provide written explanations. Earn up to $18/hr, with free access to leading LLMs and performance incentives for Missions.

Formación

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations.

Responsabilidades

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural and clear they sound.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering motion, text errors, and audio-video misalignment.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise English explanation of what you saw or heard.
