Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You’ll roleplay with AI voice models, rate conversations, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail and clear written communication. This is a fully remote role with flexible hours and access to leading LLMs, plus earnings up to $18/hour with additional incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear writing and speech.
• Great attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, or misalignment, then explain findings in writing.
